Introduction to the project:

Objectives:

  • To increase the number of free trial downloads of the two Autodesk softwares that is Revit Collaboration Suit and Building Design Suite, which in turn will lead to maximum download of the subscription based software.

  • Challenge:

  • Decreasing the number of pirated software downloads and getting the users download the original softwares from the Autodesk website.

 

Strategy:

Microsites for both softwares were created in order to run mobile banner ads and Google ad word display platform. Regular social media updates were done and through this banner ads were displayed on site like ArchDaily, Archinomy, Youtube, FileHippo, Cnet etc. Facebook ads and Webinar updates were run and boosted.

Results:

RCS

  • 10,500 visitors on the micro-site. 10,000 of them were visitors from Google Ad search and display campaign.

  • Google ads reached 38 Lacs from Select Smart Cities in India from which we received 10,000 monthly visits on the micro site.

  • 1,100 free trial downloads.

BDS 

  •  4,000 visitors on the micro-site, 3,700 of them were visit from which Google Ad search and display campaign.

  • Google ads reached 13 Lacs from Tier 1 Cities in India from which we received 3,700 monthly visits on the micro site.

  • 350 free trial downloads.

Social Media:

  • 419,558 facebook followers, 664 Twitter followers, 4,549 Youtube views.
